Prepare to birth your baby! You are welcome to come alone or bring a support person to this class. Bump to Baby is taught by a Physiotherapist and an assistant. There is an external clothed pelvic floor assessment (if consented to), a movement component, and lots of education. It is designed to empower you to find your inner strength and to train for a vaginal birth. If you are planning for a Cesarean birth, please contact our admin team as there is a more appropriate class we have for you. The focus is on the biomechanics of birth and pelvic floor considerations.

Clinical Pilates is the use of the Pilates practice to achieve physiotherapy goals such as improved core and pelvic floor strength and control, coordination, and posture. It's taught by a physiotherapist and so really bridges between a fitness class and physical rehabilitation. *To attend class, you must have attended an hour long assessment with Lisa prior to the pilates sessions starting.*
