Rory's path into health and wellness began long before her formal training when she was a professional dancer. In that world, she saw firsthand how misguided beliefs about food could harm both physical and mental wellbeing. At the same time, she learned that nutrition, when rooted in science and compassion, is one of the most powerful tools we have to support performance, healing, and confidence. That experience sparked my passion for evidence-based nutrition and for helping others build a healthier, more empowering relationship with food.
