Hi, I am Rose.
I’ve had the privilege of practicing in my hometown since 2010. After earning my Kinesiology degree from Brock University, I dove deep into the science of exercise physiology with a Master’s degree in the field, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto.
As a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists (FCAMPT), I specialize in hands-on treatment techniques, bringing you the best of manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling. I have completed extensive training in osteoporosis care, specializing in evidence-informed strength training.
My approach is simple: exercise + hands-on care. I work with you to optimize your health using a tailored mix of personalized exercise prescriptions, manual therapy, and acupuncture.
When I’m not helping clients feel their best, you’ll find me outside—cycling, running, or playing volleyball with my family. Whether it’s in the clinic or on the court, I’m all about keeping you active and living your healthiest life!
I look forward to partnering with you on your healing journey.
