AjouterI work extensively with couples on communication and relationship issues including infidelity, the rebuilding of trust and issues concerning sex. I work to help facilitate emotional responsibility so that everyone can define their goals, be heard and work towards feeling safe when communicating from a place of vulnerability. I have also worked with men individually and in a group setting around issues of identity, anger management, sexuality, anxiety, and depression.

As a counselor I am strongly guided by personal values of courage, compassion, authenticity, and joy. Having trained in transpersonal counseling, my work includes aspects of both spirituality and psychology. In this context, I see the challenges we all face in life as opportunities for growth within our own journey.
