Rostam graduated from the _University of Toronto_ with a _Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT)._ Prior to that, he started his journey with a _Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science (BSc Kin)_ at _York University._ Currently, Rostam is has a _Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Dip. AMPT)._ Rostam has also attained a certificate in _The Pain Truth Program_ for treating chronic/persistent pain. Additionally, he is trained in _acupuncture & dry needling_ and _spinal manipulations/adjustments._ He is also certified from the _Real Running Run Coach Program._
Rostam first and foremost believes in building strong relationships and providing high-quality education based on the latest research. Rostam believes in holistic health, as physical, emotional, and social health all work in tandem.
Rostam’s passion for physiotherapy came from his diverse athletic background. He has and continues to participate in running, soccer, volleyball, weight-lifting, and rock climbing.
Rostam will work with you to create a personalized care plan tailored to your lifestyle. Rostam’s practice will include education, hands-on treatment, and exercise programming that suits your needs to address your goals.
