Rouso is a graduate from Brock University with an honors degree in Physical Education. He also has a diploma in Massage Therapy, Natural Nutrition, Acupuncture and Osteopathic Theory and Practice. He is manual therapist practicing as an osteopath, massage therapist and acupuncturist for over 20 years and also owns his own clinic/personal training studio. He is a personal trainer with the Canadian Personal Trainer Network with a special interest in TRX training methods. Rouso has worked with a wide range of clients from professional athletes to individuals looking to improve their health and wellness. His treatment methodology for each client is not only to address their apparent soft tissue complains, but to integrate rehabilitation and strength training exercises into their treatment plan. His goal is to provide each individual with a frame work to address muscle imbalances, prevent future injuries and rehabilitate existing injuries. His focus is to make each client feel important.
