Roxanne, specializes in birth preparation, pregnancy and postpartum recovery. As a mother of 3, having gone through two emergency Caesarean births and one VBAC, she brings both clinical expertise and personal experience to her practice.
Her goal is to support you through every stage-whether you're preparing for birth, recovering from birth or navigating postpartum challenges.
In her free time, you will find Roxanne, park hopping and reading Harry Potter with her 3 boys.

For expectant mothers preparing for childbirth (vaginal OR caesarean). This session focuses on preparing your body for childbirth and recovery. You will learn about pelvic floor anatomy and the impact of childbirth on it. You will go through perineal massage techniques, labouring/birthing positions, conservative pain management strategies and effective pushing strategies. You’ll also receive valuable tips for perineal care postpartum, and movement post C-section.
Subsequent Visit for an established Birth Prep Plan. >Week 28: -Anatomy & Function of the Pelvic floor -Core & its role in pregnancy & birth -Importance & Strategies to relax Pelvic floor -Mobilities >Week 30: -Focus on alleviating any symptoms of pain/discomfort if present -Overview of baby positions & pelvic biomechanics -Labour Prep Drill >Week 32: Focus on alleviating any pain/discomfort if present -Internal assessment for baseline info -Types of pushing & timing -Breathing techniques & how to implement -Strategies to decrease tearing -Perineal feedback(massage) in connection with breath -Pushing strategies >Week 34: Consolidate labour & pushing strategies from previous session -tearing/episiotomy awareness & healing -Forceps/Vacuum awareness & Pelvic Floor considerations -Pelvic Organ Descent(Prolapse) -Caeserean Birth awareness & preparation >Week 36; Labour Prep with Partner -Postpartum Prep
