I’m here to support you as you recover and maintain your well-being, so that you can get back to doing, and continue doing, the things that you love.
I have a general practice and all are welcome; my preferred area of practice is working with people who live with long-term health conditions. I also thoroughly enjoy supporting families as they move through pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the months and years that follow.
I graduated from Victoria BC’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2018. I worked in Victoria for several years and I also taught for just over three years at WCCMT, instructing orthopaedic assessment classes and spending time as a teaching assistant and clinical practicum supervisor. In 2025 I focused all my energy on my family and on relocating to the beautiful Comox Valley. In 2026 I look forward to practising again.
In previous chapters of my life, I spent many years competing at a high level of rhythmic gymnastics, performing Ukrainian folk dance and contemporary theatre dance on stages big and small, and practising as well as teaching postural yoga. In this chapter, you will most often find me enjoying busy days with my two children and exploring the Comox Valley with family and friends. I acknowledge with gratitude that I now live, work and play on the traditional lands of the K’ómoks First Nation.
