Russ is a results-driven massage therapist with specialized training in Massage and Dynamic Cupping and a strong foundation in athletic performance and recovery. Drawing from years of competitive sports experience, including playing hockey at the ACAC and Semi Pro level, Russ brings a unique understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and the physical demands placed on the body through sport and active living.
With 17 years of experience in the wellness and fitness sales industry, Russ has developed a deep appreciation for helping people live healthier, more functional lives. His clinical approach focuses on identifying underlying movement patterns, addressing muscular imbalances, and providing targeted treatments designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term functional wellness.
Looking ahead, Russ will be expanding his skillset by adding two new modalities, beginning with Assisted Stretching in late 2025/early 2026. This additional service is set to further enhance client outcomes by improving flexibility, range of motion, and overall functional performance.
Outside of his practice, Russ enjoys traveling with his wife and their two boys, staying active, and participating in all types of sports. He brings this personal passion for movement and family into his work - creating a supportive, relatable, and client-centered experience for everyone he treats.
