Ryan earned his Masters of Physical Therapy and Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Ryan works with all ages and activity levels but has worked with elite athletes from the MLS (Vancouver Whitecaps), NAIA (UBC Baseball), NHL, Canada Basketball, Rugby Canada, and Canada Snowboard. He has a special interest in post-surgical care and return-to-play.
Ryan has a passion for helping people get back to the things they love. When working with Ryan, you can expect a whole-body approach that is client-centered. He uses manual therapy (IMS, massage, joint mobilization/manipulation), movement, education, and mindfulness in his treatment sessions. He feels that movement, sleep, nutrition, stress-management, and human connection are the ingredients for a happy and healthy life.
