As a dedicated student massage therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients feel their best while continuing to grow my skills, knowledge, and hands‑on experience. I approach every treatment with intention, care, and a genuine desire to support each client’s wellness journey.

Fun Facts & Hobbies

Outside the clinic, I love spending time with my kids and relaxing with a good jigsaw puzzle. I’m happiest outdoors — especially at the lake — where I can swim, unwind, and enjoy a great book in the sunshine.

Favourite Treatments

Deep tissue massage is my favourite modality to provide. I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients release pain and tension, and I enjoy seeing the meaningful improvements that come from focused, therapeutic work.

Favourite Techniques

My go‑to techniques include muscle stripping and targeted elbow work. I’m very intentional with my approach, always aiming to reach the right muscles and create lasting relief.

Preferred Treatment Music

I love calming instrumental music during sessions. It creates a peaceful environment and helps clients fully relax into their treatment experience.
