**Ryzanne, RMT** is the founder of MICRO MVMT & HEALTH CO. and has always believed that lasting health is built through small, intentional steps. Her approach is rooted in the philosophy that meaningful change doesn't always come from doing more—it comes from consistently doing the right things.
Ryzanne is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies while creating treatment plans that support long-term movement, recovery, and overall well-being.
