In this counseling session, we will conduct an individual assessment to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the chronic insomnia program. The session also serves as an opportunity to gather detailed information about your sleep patterns, habits, and personal experiences, allowing us to tailor the program to your specific needs and increase its overall effectiveness.
This individualized program is designed to address your unique sleep needs, helping you develop better sleep habits and improve your overall quality of sleep. Each session is 50 minutes long and focuses on a tailored approach to help you achieve lasting results. Sessions include sleep hygiene, education, CBTI , and medication lowering in consultation with a physician if needed.
This consultation provides an opportunity for the counsellor and client to discuss the process and mutually determine whether they wish to proceed with working together
