Sabina Jaipaul is a registered Acupuncturist in Alberta and graduate of Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Originally from London, UK, she spent 10 years working as yoga teacher before moving to Calgary. Sabina combines her background in yoga with her passion for functional movement and postural health to help people feel and move better.
Her treatments include acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, and dietary and lifestyle guidance, supporting clients with digestive issues, sleep disorders, anxiety, and mental-emotional health. Sabina is especially passionate about women’s health—from menstrual cycles, fertility, and pregnancy through menopause—and brings her perspective as a mum to create a supportive space for women during key life transitions.
Previously, Sabina worked in finance and experienced burnout, which deepened her appreciation for balanced living. She now strives to empower others towards greater health and resilience through integrative Traditional Chinese Medicine.
