Sabrina’s desire to work in the healthcare field began at a young age. This led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology at McMaster University, during which she was an active member of the sport medicine community working closely with varsity athletes and the McMaster Marauders Women’s soccer team. Sabrina went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University where her passion for health promotion and rehabilitation continued to grow.
With over a decade of experience in orthopaedics, Sabrina has worked extensively with competitive and recreational athletes across diverse sports. She also specializes in helping active individuals return to the activities they love with confidence and improved resilience.
Sabrina strives to develop personalized treatment strategies that optimize long term movement quality and injury prevention. She is committed to working closely with each patient to develop realistic goals, ensuring they understand their condition and feel empowered throughout their recovery journey. Her treatment philosophy centers on evidence-based practice combined with hands-on manual therapy techniques, targeted exercise prescription, and detailed movement analysis.
Sabrina is a contemporary medical acupuncture provider, a certified Functional Range Release (FR) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) provider. She has completed additional coursework and training in; soft tissue release techniques, manual therapy, concussion management, and vestibular rehabilitation therapy. She also has additional experience in treating pediatric and youth populations.

Follow-Up appointments consists of a quick re-assessment and treatments that and may consist of but are not limited to manipulations, massage, exercises, stretches, modalities and acupuncture.
Initial meeting, assessment and treatment which may also include but not limited to manipulations, massage, exercises, stretches, modalities and acupuncture.
New-Injury appointments consists of an assessment of the new injury and treatments that and may consist of but are not limited to manipulations, massage, exercises, stretches, modalities and acupuncture. This visit will be centered around the new-injury and there is often not time to work on old injuries during the same appointment.
This assessment is designed for athletes recovering from injury or surgery who are preparing to safely return to training or competition. It focuses on movement quality, strength, balance, agility, and sport-specific readiness. Please note: A prior rehabilitation program or medical clearance may be required before booking. Some components of this assessment may not be covered by OHIP and may require private payment. The assessment is comprehensive and may take 20–30 minutes depending on your sport and condition. Please note: This appointment is not a quick treatment session; it focuses on understanding the cause of your symptoms and building a long-term management plan. Ultrasound-guided injections are used to accurately diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions by delivering medication directly to the affected area under ultrasound guidance. Please note: A Sports Medicine or Physician consultation may be required prior to booking to confirm appropriateness. These injections are not covered by OHIP and are privately billed.
