I am honoured to be offering services as a student practitioner while completing the final stages of a master’s degree in counselling. I believe in the inherent dignity and worth of all people, and that every individual deserves to be listened to with empathy and respect. I am committed to providing a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can experience being seen and heard. My approach to therapy is collaborative and adaptable, recognising that you have strengths, values, abilities, insights and preferences that should shape the direction of counselling. Therapy is not “one size fits all”, and I hope to develop a therapeutic relationship founded on authenticity, where you are comfortable sharing what is and is not working, and we can adjust accordingly. If this sounds like a good fit, it would be an honour to meet you and hear your story.

Neurodivergent Life Skills Counselling: Individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADH) and autism face distinctive challenges when it comes to everyday tasks. This series of workshops delves into topics that are particularly relevant to these experiences. It has been developed by a neurodivergent counsellor who aims to create a supportive space for the broader community, especially for those late discovered or questioning their ADH or autism. This program assists adults with ADH and autism to understand how these conditions can impact their lives. Everyone is welcome: diagnosed, questioning, or folks who want to support others who are neurodiverse. This is a neurodiverse affirming workshop series that aims to increase self-acceptance and coping skills in a world not designed for neurodivergent brains. Upcoming Schedule: Jan 20: Managing Chores and Shame Feb 17: All about energy balance March 17: Effective communication April 14: Food and sleep differences May 12: financial planning and impulsivity
15 minute initial consultation for clients to enquire about potential services. You will receive a link in your email a few minutes prior to the start of your appointment.
This appointment is for counsellors that provide clinical supervision to other counsellors. Supervision of Supervision is an opportunity to discuss supervision cases in a highly confidential way. Supervision allows supervisors an opportunity to understand factors that are impacting their work (personality clashes, values clashes, transference/countertransference, difficult cases) and learn new skills and intervention strategies for their work
