Sagar is a physiotherapist with a strong foundation in sports science, kinesiology, and rehabilitation. He completed his Diploma in Sports Science at Douglas College, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, before earning his Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Worcester in the United Kingdom.
His clinical experience spans both hospital and outpatient settings, giving him a well-rounded approach to assessment, treatment, and recovery. He focuses on helping people move better, recover from injury, and get back to the activities they enjoy with confidence.
Sagar’s interest in physiotherapy comes from his background in competitive soccer, where he experienced firsthand the demands sport places on the body and the importance of effective recovery. That experience continues to shape his approach today, with a strong emphasis on performance, resilience, and long-term function.
Outside the clinic, he stays active through golf, boxing, pickleball, and gym training, which keeps him closely connected to the lifestyle he encourages in his clients.
