**Sahib Vilkhu** *Physiotherapy Resident*
is a dedicated Resident Physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. As a physiotherapist in Ottawa, he brings together strong clinical expertise and a passion for movement, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.
With experience treating a wide range of conditions—including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction—Sahib provides evidence-based physiotherapy care tailored to each individual. His approach combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to restore function and help clients return to the activities they enjoy most.
As a growing Ottawa physiotherapist, Sahib continues to pursue advanced training and certifications to refine his skills and stay up to date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
Outside the clinic, Sahib enjoys hiking, strength training, and exploring new ways to promote healthy, active lifestyles in his community.

If you have an injury but are unsure if physiotherapy is the right fit for you, an introductory session is where you can start. You will meet with a physiotherapist and discuss you injury, and figure out together whether physiotherapy will work for you. This introductory session will take about 15 – 20 minutes

If you’ve never been to physiotherapy before and have a single injury you would like to get assessed, Initial assessment for 1 injury is where to start. The initial assessment will take about 60 minutes. In the 60 minutes the physiotherapist will do a full assessment of your injury, come up with a diagnosis for you, as well as a treatment to start your road to recovery. We will also start the treatment in the same visit.
