Sahila is an experience physiotherapist specializing in Women's health. She earned her Master of Physical Therapy from McMaster University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is also a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Sahila performs detailed initial assessments to identify the root cause of each patient’s condition. Her treatment approach emphasizes hands-on manual therapy, combined with patient education and individualized exercise programs. Sahila is committed to a client-centered model of care, believing that empowering patients through education and tailored exercises encourages active participation in their recovery process.
Sahila is also pursuing a special interest in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and has completed several continuing education courses through Pelvic Health Solutions to advance her knowledge in this area. Outside the clinic, you'll find Sahila practicing Muay Thai, reading and traveling.
