Saiqa is an Osteopath with over 15 years of experience working in the UK and the Middle East.
Qualified at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London, UK, and extensive specialised training in Acute and Chronic Pain Management, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular and Soft Tissue Techniques, Naturopathy, the Perrin Technique, Dorn Therapy, and the Harmonic Technique.
The philosophy of Saiqa’s practice is to help you manage pain and provide freedom of body movement. The key aspect of treatment focuses around assessing each individual independently and giving them a greater quality of life with the use of many treatment modalities which include gentle mobilisation techniques, neuromuscular techniques, harmonic techniques as well as soft tissue work and Cranio-Sacral therapy.
Her work is based on the mechanical, functional and postural standpoint of each individual and helps to find balance in the body as a whole. Saiqa works closely with each individual to help in regulation and pain relief of musculoskeletal conditions which involve muscles, joints, nerves and ligaments.
A person will start their journey from a place of pain or injury to eventually become autonomous on how they manage their body to reach their movement potential and remain as pain free and healthy as possible.
Throughout these years Saiqa has treated a wide variety of patients from the cradle to the rocking chair and everyone in between.
