I graduated from SFU in 2011 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and went on to complete my Masters of Physiotherapy in 2014 at the University of Brighton in the UK.

I'm passionate about providing care that empowers my patients to make changes to their lifestyle so they can achieve their rehabilitation goals.
I'm certified in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, mat and reformer Pilates, anatomical acupuncture and IMS/dry needling.

In my spare time, I can be found outdoors. I enjoy baking, skiing and working on my hobby farm with my husband and our animals.

You have been in a car accident and need to see a physiotherapist to get assessed. If your claim has been approved, you are provided with 25 visits under ICBC insurance.
