Born and raised in Kelowna, BC, Sama completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan in 2023 before graduating with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queens University in 2025.
She is passionate about the power of movement and her education has provided her with a strong foundation in chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation. She is committed to supporting patient progress through creating strong therapeutic relationships where patients are actively involved in their care. Her approach combines exercise prescription, manual therapy, and education to provide her patients with the support and tools they need to support meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Sama enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking the trails, exploring new coffee shops and baking.
