While therapy may be for everyone, not every therapist is for everyone. I am a Registered Social Worker with authorization to perform restricted psychosocial interventions.

I have experience working with all ages, notably teenagers, with a special interest in supporting anxiety (general, social, panic, separation, phobias, and perfectionism), depression, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, complex family dynamics, life transitions (career change, relationship status, parental separation, etc.), grief and loss, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, general wellbeing, couples, and families.

I fully believe in everything being figurable, and if not figurable, referable. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT), Affirmation Therapy, Family Systems Therapy (FST), and therapeutic play as main modalities, and I'm informed in attachment theory, positive psychology, and compassion-focused approaches. I work in a trauma informed manner, I'm an LGBTQ2S+ ally, and I work in a culturally sensitive manner.
