My name is Samantha Francis, I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax of 2017. I got certified in my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020, yogassage in 2023, and facial massage in 2026.

This treatment begins with a gentle touch to the neck and face, encouraging a lymphatic flush before the therapeutic massage. Allowing your nervous system to relax, and receive the benefits of the experience. Treatment includes a cleanser, hot towel, toner, serum and moisturizer. Gua sha, cupping and ice globes are also used to add final touches to relieve your headaches, sinus pressure, TMJ pain and more before moving onto the scalp and shoulders. Direct billing available.
This treatment is the same as the 45 minute, with the option to continue a longer massage, or end with intra-oral TMJ/Buccal massage. Add on services I cannot direct bill and is not included in the price (LED light therapy, or hydro jelly mask) $10.00
