Therapist guided treatment combining assisted stretching and controlled movement to help improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and support joint function. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include passive stretching, active-assisted stretching, hands-on massage and movement-based techniques to address restrictions and overall movement quality.
