With three decades of experience in physical rehabilitation and
orthopaedic science, Sandi Jewell has spent her life mastering the
mechanics of the human body. Looking to transition into a practice
more aligned with her own personal growth and evolution as a
healer, she founded ReTreat Restorative Bodywork. Today, Sandi
blends her deep knowledge of the human body and manual therapy
skills with a holistic, energetic approach to healing.
Her practice is dedicated to helping women find sanctuary from the
relentless demands of modern life. Having once been a frazzled,
business-owning mother navigating her own dysregulated nervous
system, Sandi holds profound empathy for the unique physical and
emotional burdens women carry—whether as athletes, mothers,
professionals, homemakers, or master multi-taskers.
At the core of ReTreat Restorative Bodywork is a commitment to
the art of listening, compassionate touch, and progressive
relaxation. Through her tailored sessions, Sandi creates a safe
space for the mind to slow and the body to unwind, thus facilitating
stress release and the restoration of balance and well-being.
Standard session in clinic: 1 hour - $100.00
Longer treatments are available by request: add $25/15 min
Treatments are tailored to the individual’s wants and needs. Techniques are a flowy fusion of soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, flushing, pressure points and subtle energy work. Care and consideration will be taken with each client to ensure safety, comfort and ultimate unwinding.
Clothing is worn for my treatments because some of my techniques are more effective through a thin layer of fabric. Please come dressed in something light and comfortable: soft, stretchy shorts and a tshirt or tank top are ideal.
Aromatherapy is optional…you will be invited to choose a scent for your treatment, however if you prefer a scent-free experience, that is no problem at all.
