An Initial Therapeutic Osteopathic Massage combines the principles of osteopathic assessment with therapeutic massage techniques to identify areas of tension, restriction, and imbalance within the body. This first appointment includes a detailed health history, movement assessment, and hands-on evaluation to better understand your individual needs and develop a personalized treatment approach.
