Quality Care is at the center of everything Sandra does. She provides one on one care with each of her clients without utilizing assistants or aides. Education is at the heart of each treatment as she believes it is important for clients to understand all of the factors that are impacting their health and in turn empowering them towards a solution.
Sandra found her passion for physiotherapy treating athletes on the field hockey team at the University of Toronto where she completed a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and also received her Bachelor of Science Physical Therapy degree. She has been practicing for over 15 years helping families live life as they should be: happy, healthy and active.
She has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy. Sandra experienced her own issues after having her two wonderful boys and found very few practitioners were able to treat these types of conditions. This motivated her to take the specialized training herself helping this under serviced population.
