With over 19 years of experience, Sandra specializes working with Couples, Youth and Families experiencing relationship issues, mental health challenges and varied struggles. Most recently she works with families experiencing Eating Disorders.

This is a 2-person, 60 min booking, priced at $45 per person. NOTE: You need your own Pilates Partner for this booking. We will manually add the second client to the same booking time, please call the office.
