Sandra graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Victoria, BC in 2018, and holds a 2200 hour diploma. Since graduating, Sandra has worked with many different conditions/pathologies, this has allowed her to develop a sixth sense for finding and releasing chronically tight muscles by using a combination of slow, deep pressure work with trigger point therapy and movement. She enjoys working with chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, and believes that Massage Therapy, stretching and exercise helps to improve quality of life. When not working, Sandra is spending quality time with her family.
