Sandrie is an empathetic Registered Massage Therapist, trained in Ontario. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, she brings a strong scientific understanding of the body to her work, paired with a nurturing approach that prioritizes each client’s wellness and quality of life. As a mom of two, she brings grounded compassion and a strong passion for holistic women’s health and wellness.
Her practice includes prenatal and post‑natal massage, Swedish relaxation, deep‑tissue therapy, and pediatric massage. With experience in personal training, Sandrie incorporates customized stretching and movement guidance into her treatments to support long‑lasting relief and functional balance. She is continually expanding her knowledge and skills so she can better support her clients’ evolving needs.
A unique part of her story: she earned a performing arts scholarship in high school for her singing talent. When she’s not massaging, she’s practicing self‑care, singing, or enjoying the outdoors with her family.
