Santina graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017. Her interests in yoga and human anatomy led her to becoming a massage therapist. She believes in treating the body as a whole, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually - not only in treating symptoms but working with her clients to determine the cause of the symptoms and resolving them.
Santina utilizes a number of techniques including myofascial releases, general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, cupping massage, and hydrotherapy within her practice.
