Sara has always been interested in health and wellness. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and pursued her passion for health by becoming an RMT. Sara graduated from at Georgian College with honours from the Massage Therapy program in 2017 and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Sara believes that massage therapy has a great impact on mental and physical wellness and is beneficial for all age groups. She believes that with regular treatments, they will help patients minimize their pain and reach a higher level of health and wellness overall. She uses a variety of techniques including myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, and hydrotherapy.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage technique that helps to decrease swelling in the tissues caused by trauma, surgery, immobility, minor venous insufficiency and or Lymphedema, and it helps with recovery after plastic surgery by speeding up the healing, preventing scar tissue and fibrosis.
