Sara is a dedicated therapist with dual training in Athletic and Exercise Therapy (B.A., 2019) and Massage Therapy (Diploma, 2023), both from Camosun College. Her combined expertise offers a well-rounded, hands-on approach to healing that blends the precision of athletic therapy with the restorative benefits of massage.
Passionate about movement and mobility, Sara tailors each session to her clients' unique needs, helping them regain confidence in their bodies and return to the activities they love. She finds joy in seeing clients overcome limitations they once thought impossible.
As a recent graduate, she brings fresh techniques, up-to-date knowledge, and a strong commitment to ongoing learning.
