I have long relied on massage therapy treatments for performance maintenance, pain relief and injury rehab; giving me first hand experience of its benefits. With a compassionate approach, I am dedicated to helping others live their best quality of life. I completed two years of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan before switching my focus to Massage Therapy. In 2024, I graduated from Axiom Career College, earning my Medical Massage Therapy Diploma. I recognize the interconnectedness of the body and believe all aspects of health play a role in overall well-being, therefore, tailor treatments to the individual needs of each patient. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, biking, camping, music, and spending time in nature!

This session designed for the pregnant woman's body providing cushions and bolsters to ensure comfort the whole way through. Depending on your needs, one hour is best for relaxation massage so you can rest and reconnect with your changing body. 60 minutes is also perfect for thoroughly addressing one trouble area with therapeutic techniques, balanced with relaxation. This massage is very soothing and gentle, designed to stimulate the release of toxins from the cells, and circulation to the subcutaneous tissues. The hands on portion is approx 1 hour. First we identify your dosha; Vata, Pita, or Kapha which determines the speed of my strokes for massage. Next the base oil is scented with therapeutic oils to balance your dosha. Massage is started sitting while wrapped in a towel; your shoulders, face and head are massaged including ears. Then you lie down and massage continues to cover the entire body. Abhyanga is completed without clothes on. Wear clothes that can be washed once home, including underwear.
