Sara's journey into Osteopathy spans well over 14 years, a path ignited by an injury that guided her to this remarkable healing modality. With steadfast dedication, she began the 4 year Osteopathic program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Sara achieved the John Martin Littlejohn Award of Excellence. She graduated with well over the required 4200 hours of education and earning her Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). Her passion for this field has even led her to serve as a past board member for the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA), and she is currently a member in good standing with OSTCAN.
What drives Sara is the challenge of uncovering the root cause of discomfort within the body, rather than merely addressing symptoms. She holds a deep belief in the body’s inherent ability to heal itself and its need for harmony—Spirit, body, mind, all intertwined in a delicate dance of balance.
Always eager to enhance her expertise, Sara immersed herself in a post-graduate program in Animal Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2019, fueled by her boundless love for animals. Then, in 2023, she expanded her understanding of Osteopathy with specialized courses in Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release from the Upledger Institute. Through this deep exploration, she came to the realization: often, pain is not merely a physical ailment but a reflection of the emotional layers that also demands attention. Additionally, her training in Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) has yielded incredible success for her chronic patients, reinforcing her belief in the holistic nature of healing.
Sara is not just a practitioner; she is a passionate advocate for holistic health, eagerly weaving together her expansive knowledge to offer the most compassionate and effective care to her patients. She is excited to integrate all her experiences and insights to elevate the healing journeys of those who seek her guidance.
