FERTILITY/PRECONCEPTION Initially when couples decide to try and conceive, they sometimes find that it may take longer than had been planned. Reflexology has been shown to help this process naturally and successfully. PREGNANCY During pregnancy, reflexology has been shown to be helpful at reducing some of the symptoms mothers-to-be experience. It helps to; promote relaxation, improve circulation, reduce stress and relieve common discomforts. It helps to improve; hormones, mood, sleep, tension and address issues like swelling or nausea.
