Your follow-up acupuncture session begins with a brief review of your progress since the last visit. The practitioner will reassess your condition using traditional diagnostic methods and adjust the treatment plan accordingly. They'll insert fine needles at specific acupoints tailored to your current needs, possibly incorporating additional techniques like cupping or moxibustion. The session ends with updated lifestyle recommendations and scheduling your next appointment. This follow-up reinforces personalized care, adapting to your body's changing needs on your path to holistic well-being.
Your first acupuncture visit blends ancient wisdom with personalized care. We'll begin with a comprehensive consultation, exploring your health history and goals through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine. Your practitioner will perform a thorough assessment, including pulse and tongue diagnosis. You'll then receive your first acupuncture treatment, with fine needles placed to balance your body's energy (Qi). This session establishes the foundation for your care, combining time-honoured techniques with tailored advice to start your journey toward holistic well-being.
