A lactation and feeding assessment, education, latching and/or bottle feeding support, and development of a care plan that meets your needs and personal feeding situation.

A follow up to an assessment/previous appointment that includes a re-assessment of the feeding situation and a revised care plan.

Dear Families, Thank you for your interest in our Back to School Readiness Program for children ages 4–6. We're excited to offer this program and would love to have your child join us if it's the right fit. To help ensure a positive experience for all participants, children should be able to: Participate in a structured group of 4–6 peers Follow 2–3 step directions with minimal prompting Take turns and engage with peers Attend to activities for 5–10 minutes with support Demonstrate basic emotional awareness Be fully potty trained Refrain from mouthing or chewing non-food items during group activities The program fee is $1,195, with full payment due upon registration to reserve your child's spot. An intake form will be sent following registration. This program may be covered by private insurance or OAP funding.
