This initial conversation helps Joanne gain insight into your unique situation and sets the foundation for your treatment plan. Following the discussion, Joanne will conduct a physical examination focusing on the pelvic region. This may involve assessing pelvic floor muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, and any areas of tension or dysfunction.
