Sara Nugent is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for movement, recovery, and holistic wellness. A graduate of Georgian College’s Massage Therapy program, she also holds an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
With experience treating a diverse range of clients—including athletes, pre- and postnatal individuals, those recovering from stroke, and people with chronic pain, TMJ dysfunction, or postural imbalances—Sara focuses on restoring functional movement and optimizing performance. She integrates techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, connective tissue therapy, hydrotherapy, and aromatherapy to support both the nervous system and promote deep healing.
Sara takes a whole-body approach, recognizing the deep connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and energy balance. She is passionate about helping clients manage stress, release tension, and restore a sense of calm—whether they’re navigating major life transitions, recovering from injury, or simply seeking relief from daily stressors.
