General Nutrition counselling for a specific concern ie. hypertension, diabetes (non-insulin), renal disease (non-dialysis) , child feeding, diverticulosis, and other general concerns. All appointment are conducted virtually at this time (may discuss in-person visits as need be). Available weekdays from 7pm-9pm and weekends 10am-6pm.

35 Min follow up appointment an initial assessment. Includes monitoring of progress, trouble shooting challenges, further goal setting. All appointments are conducted virtually at this time (may discuss in-person appointments as need be). Available weekdays 7-9pm, weekends 10am-6pm.

You will be provided with more tools, resources and products to support you on your ever-changing health journey and address any questions you might have. Short follow-ups are only recommended if you have recently had an appointment within the last week. (All appointments are conducted virtually at this time. May discuss in-person appointments as need be.)

Nutrition counselling for diagnosed or suspected eating disorder ie. anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, OSFED, and binge eating disorder. Requirement for counselling: need to be medically stable and/or have regular GP following. All treatments are conducted virtually at this time.

Comprehensive blood chemistry analysis is included to help build you a detailed plan for your body's unique needs. We go over your health concerns and chief goals to address during our work together.
