Sara Skipper
Sara Skipper is an art therapist. She holds professional membership with the Canadian Art Therapy Association. She received her post graduate masters level diploma in Art Therapy from the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute in British Columbia, Canada. Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Sara's therapeutic approach is relational and trauma informed, rooted in intersectional feminism and she uses a variety of modalities and theoretical frameworks within her work, such as mindfulness-based practices, attachment theory, neuroscience, psychoanalytical theory and nature-based psychotherapy.
She is firmly connected to nature, weaves through her life with curiosity and playfulness and believes in the healing powers found in storytelling, creativity and community.

Offering clinical supervision for therapists seeking thoughtful, integrative support in their work. Supervision is available in both arts-based and traditional verbal modalities, grounded in over 25 years of post-graduate experience. Provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #6063) and Registered Canadian Art Therapist (RCAT #372-R-23), with professional affiliations including the American Art Therapy Association (ATR, pending) and the Illinois Art Therapy Association.
