"I would classify myself as an eclectic practitioner, having been trained in a variety of different approaches to art therapy.
My therapeutic approach is trauma informed/responsive , neuro-affirming and rooted in intersectional feminism.

Curiosity and compassion are my greatest tools as a therapist. Art therapy, Somatic Experiencing, attachment theory, neuroscience, storytelling, nature based psychotherapy and Jungian theory lead the way in informing my work.
Most importantly, I work alongside clients to find approaches that feel right for each individual. I trust that my approach will shift and evolve as I continue in my work and add to my toolbox of practices".
