Sara graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She has called Canmore home since 2014 after falling in love with the mountains and has been in Canmore since, living the dream. As a certified yoga instructor, Sara learned some of the basic anatomy of the body and became more interested in how the body works. Wanting to go more in-depth with helping others feel their best, she knew massage therapy was the right fit. She is client centered and brings a combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques to her treatments.

Hands‑on scar tissue therapy for scars (C‑section, post‑orthopedic, surgical, car‑accident injuries, etc.). This is with a therapist with extended scar‑treatment training using focused soft‑tissue techniques to improve mobility, reduce adhesions and support healing.
