Sara Tomenson is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.
As a massage therapist, Sara takes a warm, supportive, and individualized approach to treatment. She enjoys helping clients address muscle tension, discomfort, stress, and the physical demands of everyday life, while creating a treatment environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
Sara has experience using a wide variety of techniques in her practice - including general swedish, deep tissue, joint mobilizations, pine and release and more.
Sara has a special interest in perinatal and pediatric massage therapy. In addition to her training as an RMT, Sara is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist with advanced training in these areas.
Sara has spent more than 16 years working closely with families and young children. She has developed a deep understanding of the physical demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infant care, feeding, and parenthood. She also enjoys working with infants and children to promote relaxation, support healthy digestion, encourage comfortable feeding and latch, and foster healthy growth and development through gentle, evidence-informed care.
Outside of her professional life, Sara is a mom to a 12-year-old daughter, and understands firsthand the joys, challenges, and physical demands that come along with parenthood. She is also a seasoned triathlete, and is familiar with the aches and pains that come with being an athlete.
Sara is passionate about providing evidence-informed, compassionate care and is excited to bring her combined background in massage therapy, lactation, and family wellness to the Perform Well team.

"Fix Me" sessions are for when you have a specific bodily complaint that has not been resolved with other forms of manual therapy, including regular massage therapy. Adam will assess for areas of movement restriction which may be contributing to your bodily complaint. And then work using a variety of manual therapy techniques to improve movement to said area(s). The session may or may not include actual massage therapy, depending on what the assessment reveals. The goal of "Fix Me" session is not to make you feel good or relaxed, per se. The goal is to address and improve areas of restricted motion and the related aches and pain they may be causing. (Price subject to HST).
