Hi there! My name is Sarah. I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping clients feel strong, balanced, and at ease in their bodies. I take a therapeutic, results-driven approach to treatment while creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.
I graduated from the Vicars School of Massage Therapy and have a genuine love for health, movement, and overall wellness. I especially enjoy working with clients experiencing tension, muscle imbalances, and mobility restrictions-whether from daily life, work demands, or physical activity.
My treatments are tailored to each individual, combining technique such as deep tissue massage, myofascial work, and targeted therapeutic techniques to address the root of the issue- not just the symptoms. I believe in working with your body, not against it, to create lasting changes and improve function.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, from children to older adults, and adapt each treatment to meet your specific needs, goals, and comfort level.
