Meet Sarah Arrowsmith!
Registered Dietitian.
Sarah graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science then went on to complete the integrated dietetic practicum at Acadia. She is registered with New Brunswick’s Association of Dietitians.
Sarah utilizes a comprehensive approach to nutritional counselling to provide evidence-based recommendations based on an individual’s unique needs. She believes this approach helps create sustainable changes to one’s diet. Her special areas of interest include intuitive and mindful eating, weight management, nutrition for healthy aging, chronic disease management, and vegetarian/plant-based diets. Sarah also has an interest in women’s health concerns, including PCOS, endometriosis, and nutrition in pre- & postnatal, perimenopause and menopause.
Sarah was born and raised in Quispamsis. She enjoys trail running, spending time with her friends and family, and—of course—cooking and baking.
