Hello, my name is Sarah, In 2021 I completed my Registered Massage Therapy diploma from Alberta College of Massage Therapy . As my knowledge of human anatomy and physiology grew so did my passion for helping people achieve their personal health and wellness goals. In my treatments I use variety of modalities including muscle stripping, isolytic stretching (pin & stretch), trigger point therapy, general Swedish relaxation and myofascial cupping. I'm also continuing to learn more modalities to help better my treatments
In my free time I enjoy multiple activities including Camping, quadding, hiking, gardening and hanging out with family and friend

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia to treat chronic aches, pain, and stiffness. Using slow strokes and firm pressure—often via elbows or forearms—it breaks down adhesions, improves mobility, and relieves muscular knots. It is ideal for chronic pain, injury recovery, and, for some, improved blood pressure, but it should be avoided by those with certain health conditions like osteoporosis.
