AjouterMy goal as a therapist is to help my patients reconnect with their bodies. I aim to help you understand the mechanism(s) of your concern. I strive to empower you to make appropriate lifestyle changes to allow you to reclaim a feeling of harmony and health in your body and to return to your desired quality of life.
I employ a structural integration style of treatment, with focus on the utilization of Visceral, Neural and Cranial therapies. Through assessment I can help to identify the areas causing imbalance in your body's structure. Utilizing a combination of myofascial techniques we will work to reduce your pain and restore functional movement to the body as a whole. My work is focused around creating long lasting and profound change.
